At Kanga Karate, our classes are specially designed for children aged 4 to 7 to build foundational karate skills and discipline. Each session is tailored to help young students boost their self-confidence, improve coordination, and enhance overall health and wellbeing—all in a fun, supportive, and non-contact environment.
